Cut To Size |
Pavco has
the ability to cut stock panels according to your specified
dimensions. Normally, these come from a standard 4'x8' size;
however, depending on quantity and type of core (inner-ply
involved), other stock sizes, such as 4'x5', 4'x6', 4'x7' and
4'x8' are available.

Laminating -
Decorative paper or vinyl laminate can be applied to one, or both
sides of the panel using our Harlan laminator. The paper
laminate used is typically a base paper impregnated with a resin
system to enhance the internal bond strength and a topcoat such as
urethane or melamine for durability. It can range from the 25
to 80 grams per meter weight, and can be of a solid color or wood
grain pattern as well. Though we do not have a large stock of
laminates on site at PAVCO, we do have ready access to an extensive
selection through our suppliers. |

Grooving |
|
Panels can be grooved with a beaded butterfly groove on 1-1/2"
as well as 3" centers. The bead board pattern offers an
authentic wainscot look and can be used in a number of end user
configurations such as range hoods, wainscoting, and panel door
inserts. The first and last groove on the 48" wide panel
is designed to match seamlessly with the next adjacent one for a
clean, consolidated appearance. |
