SELECT FACE:
Matched for color and grain.
UNIFORM FACE:
Uniform in color, not matched for grain, small amount of streaks.
#2 SOUND BACK:
Sound Veneer, not matched for grain or color.
#3 BACK:
Any specie, mill option, reject back, open defects (Knot holes -
splits).
FIBERBOARD:
Selected for machineability and "non-tearout"; 45# MDF.
LUMBER CORE:
Lumber core available using imported core, as well as domestic Aspen
Lumbercore and Radiata Pine Lumbercore from Brazil.
PARTICLE
BOARD:
Standard Grade 45# Industrial Board.
COUNTER FRONT:
We can produce and sand counter front sizes such as 8'x4', 8'x3',
96"x34-1/2" in most thicknesses from 5/32" to 3/4" with veneer core,
MDF or particle board innerply.
Veneer
edgebanding:
Real wood, paper and vinyl available in most widths; stocking widths
- 7/8" and 1/2"
Back Grade:
Back grade of panel can be same specie as face, sound tropical wood
or reject as specified.
1" PLY VC:
Add, subject to volume acceptance.
SHOP GRADE:
Shop grade will be included at 15% off unless otherwise agreed.
Butterfly
Grooved:
3" and 1 1/2" center.
VENEER
EDGEBANDING:
Banding inventoried to edge 5/8" and 3/4" thickness.
SOUND GRADE:
For sound grade tropical woods in 1/4" and thinner, sanded to wides,
in place of a #3 back (or reject), add $60 per M'.
